Login screen
Use the main login page to sign in to TraderEvolution Web platform. A valid login and password are required.
Changing password
Passwords can be changed anytime and using two schemes. The user can reset his password on the login screen before even entering the app or use the Account menu of the app in case he is logged in. The detailed description of each scheme is given below:
1. Password recovery on the login screen
In case the user has forgotten his password, he should simply click on the 'Forgot password' button located at the bottom of the login screen. The following screen will be opened, where several simple steps should be performed for resetting the password:
Enter your Login in the Login field;
Enter your email address in the Email field. Please note that after entering your credentials, the "Recover" button at the bottom of the screen will become enabled!
Click the "Recover" button and the system will send your recovery key to the specified email;
Check your email for the recovery key and enter it in the Key field. If you already have a key, then you should check the "I have key" box and skip steps 1-3;
The "I have key" box is checked automatically when the password is sent to your email. Enter your new password twice (New/Confirm) and press the "Change" button at the bottom of the screen (please note that "Recover/Change" is the same button).
Please, note that the password must be up to 128 characters long.
2. Password recovery from the app
To open the ‘Change password’ / ’Change trading password’ window, select one of this options in the Account menu.
The following steps should be performed to change your password:
Enter your current password in the Current password field;
Enter your new password in the New password field;
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field;
Click Save to activate your new password.
Also, you can select the 'Change trading password' option in order to change your personal code which is used before performing trading operations. To change this password the user should perform the same steps listed above.
